Ganiyu Kehinde Morufu, also known as Ijoba Lande, is a well-known Nigerian comedian on Instagram. His family has reported him missing.
On March 26th, Sunday night, Lande reportedly left the house without his phone, and he has not yet arrived back.
The news shocked everyone in the entertainment business, and many of his coworkers and supporters expressed worry and sent prayers for his safe return.
Actress Nkechi Blessing and fellow comedian Cute Abiola were among the first to raise the alarm and call for action to find Ijoba Lande.
Nkechi Blessing posted photographs and information about himself on social media, pleading anyone anyone who knows where he is to get in touch.
Adorable Abiola, a comedian, shared movies that his relatives had put to Ijoba Lande’s Instagram page.
Ijoba Lande’s wife sobbed in one of the uploaded videos at her husband’s abrupt absence.
She claims that since he left the house on March 26th, the comedian has not been back home.
“This is to inform the public that IJOBA LANDE left home to an unknown destination on 26th of march around 9:00 pm and up till now we can find him.
“We have reported the case at the nearest police station and with their help they help us to send signal to radio station please if you noticed anthing you can dm his account or @ijesaekun.
“He left his phone at home after breaking his fasting on 26th that was the last time we heard from him”, they captioned the video.
