Yemi Solade, a seasoned Nollywood actor, posted a throwback photo of himself on social media and reflected on how amazing he still looked back then.

Yemi Solade could be seen posing for the camera in a black attire in the image that he posted on his Instagram page.

He captioned the post, “E Don Tey Wey I FINE Sha” which loosely translates to “I have been good-looking for a long time”.

The actor received feedback from his fans and professional peers who concurred with him that he has always been a handsome man. They also lauded him for his talent and the contribution he has made over the years to the Nigerian film industry.

Yemi Solade is a seasoned actor and producer in Nollywood. He was born on January 31, 1960, in Lagos. He is well-known in the film business for his parts in the films Voiceless Scream, The Widow, and Elevator Baby. Yemi Solade Acting Career:

Yemi made his acting debut at the age of 17 in Festac 77, an arts and culture festival that took place in 1977. He represented Africa in international dance contests in Spain as a young Surulere lad, winning the dancing championship in Lagos State three years in a row. In a 45-minute monologue titled “Crazy Youngie,” where he portrayed the parts of a passenger and a driver, he made his stage debut.

Yemi Solade began lecturing in universities and polytechnics after completing his schooling, including the University of Maiduguri, Ramat Polytechnic, and Kaduna Polytechnic. He then made his way to Kaduna, where he was appointed Assistant Director of the organization’s music and theatrical group, which the Deputy British High Commission had formed. Later, in 1993, he relocated to O.A.U., where he was appointed artistic director of Professor Ola Rotimi’s theater ensemble. He shot his debut Yoruba movie, “Oju Inu” (Insight), under the direction of PEFTI Film Institute founder Wale Adenuga. His team was the first to have a movie premiere at Muson Center, but the film didn’t advance further that point because of financial difficulties.
