Nigerian actor and film-maker Femi Adebayo excited as he meet Lagos State Governor, Sanwo Olu.
Revealing this on his official Instagram page the actor stated he was humbled as he got invited to speak at the upcoming 12th African International Film Festival (AFRIFF), with the governor of Lagos State, H.E. Babajide Sanwo-Olu as special host.
Captioning his post he wrote, ” I was invited to speak as a panellist at the Programme Announcement Event for the Upcoming 12th African International Film Festival (AFRIFF), with the governor of Lagos State, H.E. Babajide Sanwo-Olu as special host.
I spoke about the importance of promoting our indigenous cultures through our art to global audiences,One of the high points of the event was the engaging conversations around improving efforts in capacity building and grants-giving for young talents in the Nollywood industry.
It was a fulfilling event!Keep a date for the festival proper, holding from November 5th through to the 10th! You will not want to miss it”.

A member of the Anthill studios @_anthillstudios crew who stuck with the project from start to finish, Dolapo understood her assignment to the T! And delivered, seamlessly.
It was refreshing to see her on her workstation, taking on tasks that one would traditionally assume a man handled, and showing her expertise every time!
She’s an encouragement for every lady out there that wants to get into the more technical parts of filmmaking. There’s no ceiling! Go for it!.”
