There are many things that would change once you become a parent. And if you are a parent, you certainly know what are some of these changes.

Some parents find it difficult to cope with these metamorphoses. But that’s okay because being a parent is never easy.
There is no doubt that they can do anything for the welfare of their children. They can literally sacrifice their lives for them.
This story of a loving father is a great example of how far parents can go for their children.
He is Christopher Schultz and he was a great father who spent almost his entire life taking care of them. His brother Ryan Olson testified to how great a father he was.
“If he wasn’t at work, he was with his kids.” He loved his children more than life itself. “Everybody says that, but he proved it,” he said.
He proved this fully when an unfortunate event occurred while he was spending time on the Detroit Lake Long Bridge.
He and his children were playing then, but one of his children fell into the water under the bridge. While the child was curious, he crawled and suddenly fell.
That must have been a scary moment for Chris, but he immediately did what he thought was the right thing to do. He didn’t want his emotions and security. His mind and his reflexes reacted quickly to save his son.
Luckily, Chris was able to save his child, but unfortunately, he couldn’t save himself.
This guy successfully did what he really wanted to do, which was to keep his son out of harm’s way. He managed to pull his son to the surface. But it was difficult for him to keep his head above water after he gave his son to a woman who happened to be near the shore at the time.
“(Chris) wore it too,” Ryan said.
“He just couldn’t stay and left,” he added.
This sentence from Ryan is really heartbreaking. The moment he let her go was also the moment he knew it was the last act of love he could do for his child.
The feeling of losing your children is really painful, but abandoning them is just another level. You won’t know how they will deal with your loss. Just the thought of not being able to guide them anymore is so heartbreaking.
Chris passed away hours before Father’s Day in hospital.
It was Father’s Day, but he wasn’t there to celebrate with his four children and wife Chelsea. Even though his children were still small, when they get older when they hear what their father did to them, they will know that they are made of heroes.
That’s why Ryan had a big wish.
“I hope they always remember and know that their father is a hero,” he said.
“I just want those kids to never blame themselves and know that their dad is my hero.”
Chris is truly a hero and his love for children will never be forgotten by his family. Ryan was also sure that his brother would do the same if it happened to other people.
That’s because Chris loved helping others. He is just an amazing person.
“Chris would do it for your kids, he’d do it for my kid, he’d do it for anybody’s kid.”
